I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else. My big screen died and the red light keeps blinking over and over again in no apparent sequence. Can you please send me a manual, so that I can trouble shoot? thanks carlos

KP53HS10 D Board needed!!! Anyone know where I can get a replacement D board? Water leaked from my ceiling into mine and it is fried! A used one would be fine too, but I can't find this D Board anywhere!!! Please help. Thank you.

My kp53hs10 big screen didn't die but my 2-yr-old cracked the screen in two places. Upone removing the top panel, the cracks went all the way through. If you want want to part out your dead TV's front panel, please email me. I'm willing to discuss a reasonable price. Thanks!

I had the same problem with my kp53hs10 as well. I found a blown fuse on the power supply module. I replaced the fuse, but didnt have a slow blow fuse. When I powered the TV up, something else blew in the power supply and it would no longer power at all. I sent the power supply to be fixed but I still have the same problem. The TV is now dead. Any chance I could also get the training manual? I really dont want to spend much more money on a 5 year old TV with minor burn in. Thanks for your time, Michael Gentry cswar@bellsouth.net

my kp53xbr300 mirror broke, someone told me the mirror from a kp53hs10 will work, do you know the deminsions for the mirror for the kp53hs10. i cannot find the mirror for the kp53xbr300 nowhere. thanks

I had a technician come in to fix this problem. He isolated the problem to the D board, unplugged the main cable which connects to the D board and other boards, and took the board to the shop to fix. Now he refuses to come back and put the things together since I questioned his > 100% markup for the D board he was getting from Sony. Any help in connecting the main connections cable to the other components will be appreciated. Better yet, if someone has a document that shows the connections, please let me know. Thanks. Dra

Anyone know what the part A1346873A does? The technician says that this one needs replacement/refurbishment. Sony apparently does not make this part anymore so it will be refurbished. One interesting thing in this thread: in the last month or so there have been 5 failures for this TV. Just something in my radar (because mine failed) or something Sony has in its system to all fail around this time.
