To share with other software, I want to change ATRAC3 formatted files to MP3

I always kept music files in ATRAC3 format in the external HD. Now I changed my computer and the newly installed OpenMG Jukebox doesn't play these music files because it doesn't recognize the play rights, so that I want to convert these files to MP3 to play with other software such as Window Media Player. How can I convert them to MP3? Thanks Marc
