i press power hear three clicks and nothing happen after that

It worked fine lastnight and when i tried to turn it on i head three clicks " - - -" it sounds like a relay or something. Ive tried un-plugging it and waiting a few minutes but i get no results and i was wondering if someone knows what the problem is and how to repair it saving money
