JVC GR-D271

JVC GR-D271 doesn't show up on PC

I have a Gr-D271 camcorder and am running Windows 2000 Pro. When I hook the camera up to download still pictures, the camera does not show up on the PC. As far as I know, all the necessary drivers are installed. Is anyone else experiencing this same problem?

Hi, Gail, we are having the same problem. Have you fixed your problem, and if so, how did you fix it?
