DSC P10 Droped with lens open

Hi this seems to be the most common problem droped with lens open - now the lens is fixed and the motor can be heard. it seems the lens has tilted towards the body and is touching the inside of the camera body, it will flex back but won't remain. If possible please diagnose the problem and advise how it may be repaired
