HomeError code c:31:42 I have the above Handycam and can't do anything because of this error code. A local Sony repair shop said to ask Sony but when we enquired with them they quoted too high a charge to service the thing. Can you be of any assistance? Thanks

I have the DCR-TRV250 NTSC THAT HAD C:31:24 AND OTHERS HAD A SIMILAR STYLE CAMERA AND WHAT THEY SAID TO DO WAS SHAKE IT VIGORIOUSLY AND TAP IT A COUPLE OF TIME ON THE SIDE. WELL, I DID THAT AND IT STARTED WORKING JUST FINE. HOPE THIS HELPS. |
