Sony DSC-S50 wont remember date or time. Possibly a dead internal battery? Like a CMOS battery on a PC?

I have a 2-1/2 year old Sony DSC-S50 Camera. It still works great other than it needs to have the date & time set every time you use the camera. It acts like a PC that has a dead CMOS battery. Is the internal battery replaceable? I am very technical, but I don’t want to just go and rip the camera apart. If the battery is replaceable, where would I pick one up? If this isn’t something that I can do myself, what would the repair cost? I live in Bowie, MD 20715 USA. Thanks - Darren
