How do I set the clock on my JVC 180W Direct Track Access KD-S580?

i need the manual to, could you upload it to me to because i don't now how to change the hour and i have a tight schule

Hold sel button for 2 sec.s clock h will appear. use the ssm up and down to set hour. then push the + - button. Keep pushing till it shows you the clock m then use the ssm button to finish the minutes. Press the sel button to complete the setting. Have a nice day. Bruce
