Never buy JVC again!

I will never buy JVC product again! Why well first off you pay good money for it like i did the kds 11 and it is very difficult to navigate. Then a year down the road a lost my user manual and did not remember how to set any of the features and they have the nerve to charge 5 dollars and sum change for a manual.....Dam even the cheaper and often more reliable Radio Shack stuff has free online manuals.
