Error code E3

I am having the same problem with my phone. Lights blinking and the error code E3. I called the 800 number you provided (thank you). This was most likely caused by a power surge. They are going to send me an accomodation letter in 7-10 business days. That letter will include instructions for shipping it back to Panasonic. They will replace it free of charge..it will be a reconditioned phone..not new. I would have to pay the shipping. At least it's better than the cost of a new phone, but it will be 3-4 weeks before I have a phone. So take that into consideration. Also,
