JVC digital camcorder model no. GR-D33U

I have a JVC video camera and it recently has stopped working.. well not completly but when i record something i cant go back and play it.. nothing is on the screen but a blank blue screen.. i need to know what i can do to fix this problem.. please resopnd ASAP thanks!
