need softwear

hello first of all plase forget about my eanglish :] I'm dislectics or something my girlfriend have one Sony MZ-N1 and she lost a CD with softwear I'm just looking that in net but I can't find can U belive that! I was wrote to Sony Company but they didn't unswer maby U can help my? please ..I need to know where I can download soft to Sony MZ-N1 with regards or something
