Errors C:32:11 and C:32:12 in my SONY Handycam TRV37

I´ve got a videorecorder SONY Handycam (model:TRV37) which has a permanent problem: it always ejects the cassette trail. It doesn´t come back to its initial position to put inside the cassette. The screen shows a C:32:11 and sometimes C:32:12 error. It often do this, and sometimes it works well. I would like to know if the origin of the disfunction is a wrong operation or it´s due to mechanical problems of some of the components of the videorecorder. Thanks a lot.
