Camera will not take photo's, very blurry, flashing up code E:61:00 Please help me! I'm devastated- haven't had camera for long at all.

After dropping the camera on the weekend my camera will now no longer take pics. It is a sony DSCW1. I am wondering whether or not it is worth fixing as its really expensive for me to put it in to even be looked at. It is flashing up an error E:61:00 and the lens won't go back in. It's permanently stuck out and it makes a struggling noise when it tries to. Won't take pics most times when on the Camera function but when it does they are really blurry. PLEASE HELP! I'd be so appreciative!
