I just got a june 1995 Trinitron KV- 27545 and am using a Phillips generic remote control. This has a beautiful picture from Bright House Cable but I am having trouble with the closed caption. Through the menue I am able to turn it on but ehen I go back to picture there is no CC. When I push "info" button it tells me that CC1 is on then follows with "Display Blocked" I can't figure out where or how to change this setting. All help will be appreciated.
