im having the same problem with my tv,I openend the tv theirs a black small box that has two dials,the bottom dial says screen turn that dial and that may be a temporary fix I still have to get my tv fix. buy the way if you try to do this make sure the tv is unplugged. if you here about any other solution please e mail me
