Thanks. I did find the service manual - the difference between the 235 and 335 is the 335 has a remote control. My problem is that it doesn't recognize the disks in the cd player. I'm guessing the laser is off or something. I thought the manual would help, but it really didn't solve the problem. I think i'll probably have to get a new one.
