camera fails to take pics outdoors or in sunny days

i have a great problem with my qvr40, it sudunly started to take pictures with high concentrations of ligth, they are almost white..i tried to modify the features to force the camera taking pictures with the lowest opacity and the iso to 80 but nothing happens.. i dont know what the problem is if you know what it is please let me know it.. i,ll be very thank.
