I'm sorry, but I'm not very familiar with all that. When I hook it up to my USB cord, my computer says it can't find any hardware for it. Where can I get the software or hardware(which ever one) for it to my computer? Do you have any ideas? Thanks for helping me, no one else knows anything about these so no one will help me.
