Remove Lens Cap

Karen Posted Jan 06, 2006

Video Camera acts as if the lens cap is "on" yet it is not?

Hello, My daughter has a JVC Digital Video Camera Model #GR-DX95. Recently she went to use the recorder and the view finder says "lens cap". The lens cap is removed, but nothing is showing through the view finder. All of the signals are showing, but the screen is black as if the lens cap was still on? I would appreciate any help you can give us. Thanks, Karen
