Sony Handycam Error Code C32:11

How do I fix this problem? Sony Error Code C 32:11

Tape door won't stay shut. Cannot close it. Have turned power off, then on again. Will not shut door. Am using power supply, not battery. Just need to get my movie onto VHS tapes so I can get rid of this camera.

i had the same prob but i took out the battery put it back in and no chewed tape or anything still leaves problem C:31:23 do u no how to fix it?
