Repalcement Master Station for NuTone Model IM-4006

We live in a home built in 1989. It has a NuTone Intercom System. The tape does not work and the door to the tape will not stay closed.Some of the buttons are also not working. We would like to find an IM-4006 Master Station to replace the one we have. My husband feels that he can install it. Thank you for any help you can give us.
