Adjusting Convergence

I was able to find a manual on my TV and adjust the Convergence but I cant adjust the red Vertically and then my picture would be perfect, the Auto cant adjust it either? Any helps or hints? The blue adjusts both Horizontal and Veritcally but Red will not.
