power suplly PCB board no:FMH-013-3,that produce +8v,-12v,+12v &+5.6v blown-out on mains power over interruption.The majority semiconductor components cannot be indentifed for possible repair.

Pleas assist on how i can acquire a replacement board or the schematic (circuit)diagram of the board to indentify eg.Q-066,065,071,069,060. Diode,D062,067,068,066.Resistor,R-074,075,etc. Your assistance will highly be apreciated. Thankyou in advance.
