I had forgotten I had posted here! I found the solution a while back. There are four relays in the receiver that are causing the problem. I'm not sure if it is all four or one or two? I was able to find an equivalent part from a better manufacturer and I swaped out the parts with a little light solder work. Works great now!

Thank you I waswn't sure if it was the relays or the grease on the transistors that was causing them to get fussy due to heat build up I guess I will go relay hunting
