Tevion or Orion DVD Gear Needed

Looking for a website that sells replacement parts for a Tevion DVD Player Model No. 3215.

I have Tevion DVD PlayerModel 3215 that has a stripped gear for opening/closing the cd tray. The DVD has Orion stamped on it. Have been unable to find any place that carries parts. Is there at least someplace that sells assorted gears that I could possibly make a match with?

I also need help with Tevion products from Aldi Stores and Medion. If u ever find anything, even a site to download from or ask a support question, please email me. Tevion help is fast becoming a top search engine lister.
