Help me find solution how to change the set language in my camcorder. From Japanese to English.

Sir, Can you help me change the language set to my camcorder Sony DCRPC101? from Japanese to English. I am having trouble using this cam cuase i cannot understand the text which is set to the cam. The icon for language setting is in default mode.
