zen neeon creative 6GB problem

hello.i'm nadia from malaysia.my mp3 is having problems.nothing will appear on the mp3 screen anymore.when i on the mp3,it ons,but when i let go the "on" button,it offs.it can't be read on the computer when i connect it using the usb cable.it started when i was opening to view the songs on the windows explorer,and then it got hang,and so was my computer.what is wrong?and what should i do?can anybody help me and tell me how much is the repair going to cost me?please.TQ.
