C:13:01 on a DSC-P51

I have formated both of my meme sticks on my pc using windows and sonys formatting program. The camera just flashs C:13:01. I have open the camera and check the ribbon cable from the reader to the board, and have even changed it still the error comes back. Any other suggestions?
