Regarding CRT monitor, model AV- K29MX3

Hi, i am a technician and i need some help. jvc 29 inch monitor, model AV-K29MX3. is having some problem in horizontal sync. there is no crystal for horizontal sync it is having some capacitors, i have checked all those.the jungle IC used is TB1226, have checked after replacing a new peice. but no change so i hope i will get some assistance from your forum. please let me know any technical aid. thanks
