I used Real Player to get my driver for the MZ-NE410, worked beautifully, all you have to do is click on the BURN/TRANSFER tab, on the left it says tasks, click on Add A New Device, there u will have a pulldown menu that you can select SONY from, and a list of 3 devices will come up, select the first one that says, "Sony Net MD Walkman Recorders" and on the right under the description page, scroll down to the bottom where you can select INSTALL DEVICE. Presto!!! Good Luck
