I Finally got Sony reapire my F 717 free od charge

My name is Claudio Esteras, I`m an architect and live in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I want to tell you that after a month dealing with SONY ARGENTINA and with the authorized technical service to get they recognized the free repairmen of my F 717 because the CCD failure, I decide to write an email to SONY JAPAN. I left five days pass and without response, I decide to write other email directly to the Japanese who have received the first email; after a week SONY ARGENTINA sent me an email offering to take my camera to their own technical service. I did it a week ago and yesterday they informed me they will repair my camera free of charge and I must wait one or two week because they have not the device and are waiting for the supply which is coming from overseas. Finally I happily must say I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
