color problems i have its recording well but doesnt show color in play back

yes i hve a problem here in our sony svo-9500 mdp recorder its recording well all works doing well but when we record its any movie in color its doesnt play in color i mean we cant see any color in play back is it problem in color recorder or its interface.if it is then send us its parts detail
