failed to encode video 2000:1:1

I have created two mpeg files under the capture screen in Ulead Video Studio, I eventually got to the finish tab where I used Create DVD, at the begining of the rendering the 2nd mpeg video file, I get the error "failed to encode video" 2000:1:1. I somehow think that it has something to do with the joining of the mpegs or the size, but in the overlay screen it shows the total time including both the mpegs.
