Homecamera won't take pictures wondering if anyone can help...my camera which is new within the last 3 months has stopped working. the camera turns on, the display screen turns on, but it is black..as if there is a lens cap on (which there isn't). pictures turn out black, and the flash doesn't work, it just says "charging flash"...i have no idea what's up. help would be appreciated. thanks. -kyle

I have the same issue with my R817 and am researching it. If you bought it from a ASP (staples, best buy, etc) and have your receipt, it is under warranty. It has 1 yr warranty FYI. Call tech support. I work for HP, by the way. |
