my camcorder keeps eating the tape

I have a panasonic mini dv camcorder model pv-dv 103 the camcorder was working fine until now when i put a tape into the unit the camcorder eats the tape i have try more then one tape i even try a mini dv tape head clander and it eats the tape also please help
