SONY MP4 Player

Video Clips

I try to download some video clips on to the SONY MP4 player and saved the clips as .AMV files. But, when I try to view the clips there is an error showing "format error". Any idea what that means and how can I resolve. The original video clip was viewed on Windows media player from where I saved the file as .AMV file.

  Please anyone help me. I am in a great problem. I bought a mp4 Player which supports only .amv formatted files. Please if any one has the software of converting the .mpg formatted files to .amv formatted send me in my e-mail address. It's really very urgent. Dear friends one more problem I don't know how to compress video files to mp4 , so , would you please send me the informations in my e - mail address how to compress the video files to mp4 formatted files ?

  hi sir,
  i buy new sony mp4 player ipod.but it not supporting mp4 format vidieo its shows only when i was playd that format. i convert into mpeg format to mp4 and then loaded into my mp4 player then i played that movie it show error. how can i solved this problem please relplay if any solution.

    That is actually a china product(fake sony) and it doesnt really support mp4 but it supports either *.mtv or *.amv email me if you need a converter!

  i have 2gb of Sony MP4 player i have copied mp3,avm converted video clips it have remain space of 75% when i add more files the previous files and added files were corrupting and formate error! no files were playing.. how to rectify it..any sugesstions

  Xilisoft Video Converter ,which supports converting video file between DVD, VCD, SVCD, MOV, RM, AVI, MPEG, WMV, 3GP, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, H.264/PSP AVC etc,is helpful for you!
