SONY MP4 palyer was showing 256Mb memory insted now it is showing only 109MB

MP4 palyer of SONy China was showing 256 MB memory, After first installation of some songs due to some USB.... virus i formated the memory after that once it show the memory of 256 but now it is changed to 109Mb. After formating again also the result is same. Now available memory is only 109MB. Is there any special format i have used FAT32.
