Sony trinitron Kv32s25 picture flashes

I have a 10yr old kv32s25, the picture started going away ( black screen ) and coming back about months ago. after the set warmed up it was fine, but now nothing will help. the picture flashes from a black screen / great picture / black screen and so on. The audio is not effected at all. This happens on cable, and all other inputs as well.
