This is the fourth or fifth times I am having the same trouble with this camcorder. Ever time for the same problem after few months, when I need the camcorder the most, I can not have it. I baught it to take picture for memory but this is not happining. I have taken it to best buy here in Staten Island,two or theee times, I went to Minneapolis for the birth of my grand daughter, I could not take the picture. I went to Newark NJ it let me down again. Itook it in times like 12/21/03 , also 11/1/05 juest to name some of the times, for the same trouble. Please send me something that I can live with. every time I go out , to use the camcorder, I have to go and rent one because my JVC Camcorder is in the shop for repair. Please, please, please send me something to replace my (520 lines of Resolution)1024x768 (700xdiginal zoon) serial # 06781909 model#GR-DVL520U please help me I have to go to my neice weeding please help time is May 6/06 she lets me down again. please help JVC.
