My MP4 is 4GB but only is working with 119 MB

Hello friends, I have a problem with my Sony MP4, I bought it in Beijing, when my PC recognize it in properties says the size is 4 GB, but the MP4 only is working like 119MB, somebody can tell me What I have to do to make it work at 4GB or at least more than 119MB?. Please help with these problem, thanks I'll be waiting your answers to my email
