Can I charge a Hitachi bATTERY type VMBP64/67 RHB66 10V-2000mAh WITH CHARGER MODEL NO.VM AC61E

I have an Hitachi video camera(VHS type)VM-2700E.The charger is broken.I can buy a charger for a VM2400E cheaply but will it work?The charger I have been using has input 100-240v 50/60hz 33w the other is the same but 33w. my adapter mode output is 9.6v-2.3a but the other is 9.6v-1.7a. charge mode output on mine is 12.5v-1.6a on the other it is 13v-1.25a.
