Please help

Hey, I have a JVC KD SH55 in my car, and I'm having some CD playing issues. Recently there was a CD stuck in it, from the previous owner, and I was able to pull it out, but I think the eject function is messed up now. The faceplate won't open so I can't even try to put in a new CD, but I did notice when I first got the CD unstuck, it wouldn't accept any new CDs, I wasn't able to even insert them all the way. When I hit eject, the motor will make a noise but the plate isn't able to move...I tried rebooting, by disconnecting the battery, and now when I first turn the player on, it acts like it can read a CD but obviously there is none in there. The faceplate won't pop out at all, so please tell me if there is anyway I can fix this, or if I need a new one? Thanks Also, it's giving me the ERR 01 and ERR 21
