for solution

I am a technician repairing cameras I got about 25 MD9000 cameras to repair with same problem. the problem is - camera appering "Reset" after reset it getting "service" when I service it, it's working properly about one week and getting same again. please send me the correct solution for this problem I appriciate if you can reply me soon Thank You.
