Homeout - of - the - blue error message All of a sudden, when inserting the large shell cassette, we get an Error21-1C1. The small tapes work just fine...what's going on? Anyone out there can help with a suggestion?

The problem is within the 2 gears that change the size of reels. Check if the endless gear in the middle of the mechanism is locked. |
