I need to get a copy of the start up disk PLEASE from somebody

I do not have a copy of the start up disk - JVC charges 29.95 for a replacement and need it to reload and use the upgrades on line - they told me that I was welcome to try all of their software downloads and find ones that work. It seems they had a 3rd party agreement that went sour and have to charge me for the royalties again - even though I paid once when I purchased the camera! Help! It can be for either the GR-90 (NTSC format)
