simply your mp4 player not 4gb but 128mb version I have 100+ pieces of that scrap. when we had same problem, we open one player and found 128 mb flash inside, guys in china sad me "YES" it is 128mb version after scandal ! Your player was originally formated to 4gb. After first format you have real size 109mb. (4gb mp3 player can't be so cheap !)
