clock setting

Was able to set the hours on my clock on the radio by depressing the disp button but now it doesnt go into the clock mode even if I hold button for several seconds. Only thing different is that the battery went dead and I put a charger on it to start it back up, I dont remember if the radio was on at the time of starting, Have you any ideas?
