GR-DVL520u

One day i was recording on a vacation all of a suddenn there appeared a error called EO3 SAFEGUARD. I turned it off and replayed it. But it still was there. So i took an advice of another person and wacked the snotty snot out of it. the cassette came flying out and out the window. !SOME PLEASE HELP ME!!!! OH FIND MY POOR LOST CASSETTE!
