HomeSounds like Sony wants us all to buy a new television set! We've had our Sony Trinitron KV-32S15 for about 11 years as well, and when I was watching it this morning, it turned itself off, just like what happened to most of you. Do you think Sony is trying to get us to buy a new television? If that's the case, I sure won't buy Sony again!

I have one of these models. My 7 year old climbed on top and stepped through plastic mesh on the back part of the TV (go figure!). I was going to buy a replacement TV (Same Model in perfect shape for $90) for they are not worth much now - I bought mine for $700 years ago. Please ... if you decide to trash yours in lieu of fixing it - Can I buy the back casing from you? Thanks |
